The coffee was unpleasant, but the room had good amenities.

We had a pleasant stay with our two small kids. The location was perfect, close to Paddington Station where we explored iconic spots including the amphitheatre at Sheldon Square, hosting fun summer events. The staff were attentive, making us feel welcomed the whole time.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available on-site.

During our two-night stay, the room was nicely appointed, though noise from the corridor was disruptive. The hotel staff were friendly, but it could benefit from better soundproofing. Check-in was efficient, and the location made exploring the city easy. Opt for a room away from the lift for more peace.

Had a good time here! The staff were super nice and helped us check in quickly. The room was spacious with an actual bathtub, which was a surprise. The location is great for hitting up Hyde Park events, too! Only thing is, there wasn’t much action in the bar area during our stay.

Absolutely loved the breakfast! The cold buffet was a delightful spread, showcasing fresh fruits and pastries that had me diving back for seconds. Plus, the staff made me feel like an old mate—totally welcoming! I also loved how close we were to a ton of fab eateries like La Fiamma, just a hop away.

Had a fab 5 nights as a couple! The staff were super chill and always up for a chat, which made it feel like home. Breakfast had loads of options – loved the pastries! Room was clean and cozy, with cool spotlights instead of lamps. Only wish there was a small fridge for snacks. Location was perfect for exploring. Would totally recommend!

i previously stayed in london for work, and this time at lancaster hall was even better during a wedding celebration. the location was perfect, just a short walk from hyde park, and the friendly staff made us feel welcome and at home. breakfast included fresh pastries and great coffee that fueled our busy days.
